Introduces and develops knowledge of ethical, legislative, contractual and financial contexts of contemporary architectural practice, and the ways in which innovative design projects are realised. Analyses project procurement, integrated delivery systems, building information modelling (BIM), managing digital workflows, relationships with specialised consultants, clients and contractors, and risk.
