Explore a variety of traditional cultures and cuisines from around the world. Using a holistic approach and interdisciplinary lens to understand the geographical, historical and cultural foundations of global and regional cuisines. Examine how cuisines and cultures evolve over time and the relationship to a sense of place and belonging (whanaungatanga) are important.
