This course offers a hands-on pâtisserie experience within the School of Hospitality and Tourism, and an off-site placement in a fully commercial production environment. Students will build on existing knowledge and technical skills to create and sell a wide variety of sweet and savoury items, all while adhering to industry standards. The course reinforces food safety and hygiene procedures in line with AUT’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Food Safety Programme, ensuring professional practices throughout.
