A focus on the use of the human rights framework increasingly used in human rights policy analysis. An exploration of concepts such as "promote, protect and fulfil"; the universality and indivisibility of human rights and what this means for policy analysis will also be covered. How to develop and evaluate human rights policy interventions will also be explored.
