I am very passionate about helping people. In this role, I get to connect with students to help and guide them through their journey from secondary school to university.
I graduated from AUT in 2010 with a Diploma in Fitness Training and then moved onto the AUT Sport and Recreation degree graduating in 2012 with a major in Sport and Exercise Science.
I have worked across multiple roles in the sport and recreation sector. I’m fortunate to have had experiences as a personal trainer, community coaching officer, health promoter, gym owner, and have worked in various management positions.
I love working with people, seeing them grow and better themselves This has led me to work in education, supporting young people to be inspired, empowered and reach their goals. This, for me, is very rewarding.
I am originally from the North Shore in Auckland, having lived and worked there for most of my career.
Sport has had a big influence on my life, I have met great friends and had awesome opportunities. I’m a passionate foodie that loves dining out and cooking at home. I enjoy staying fit and getting outdoors.
