AUT alumni continue their fight against homelessness with petition
Alumni from AUT's Master of Human Rights have joined forces with members of Action Station and Gimme Shelter, along with Labour Deputy Leader Jacinda Ardern, and others to present a petition calling for the government to create a policy around homelessness. Such a policy would bring New Zealand in line with other OECD countries.
Tenisha Kumar (far left) and Shahd Mahmoud (second from right) are members of the Master of Human Rights class who have been consistently advocating for New Zealand's homeless youth.

Postgraduate courses in the School of Social Sciences and Public Policy help students to gain an advanced knowledge of their field of interest.
Graduates will further develop their research capabilities and expand their professional and academic knowledge.
*The Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate programmes in Conflict Resolution are not open to new enrolments at this time.
