AUT has medical centres for students at our City and North campuses. These are staffed by doctors and nurses who provide a range of medical services. Our South Campus offers nursing services only.
Routine appointments are free for domestic students who enrol with us as their main healthcare provider.

At AUT all domestic and international students can get free, confidential counselling sessions and mental health support. Counsellors are based at all of our campuses. You can also get help from our mental health advisors.

AUT’s Student Medical Centre is a member of Auckland PHO (Primary Health Organisation) and accredited by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
If you need medical help after hours, you can go to an accident and urgent medical care provider like White Cross. Check the Healthpoint website to find one near you.
In an emergency, phone an ambulance on 111.
They will provide free urgent care when you present your AUT student ID card.
