The AUT Law Students' Society connects students, the Law School and the legal profession. It also helps students to meet the day-to-day demands of studying law – from acquiring or selling books, finding study partners and groups to carpooling and socialising.
Students who join the society also get free membership to the Auckland District Law Society (ADLS) and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) – providing newsletters, professional skills development courses, industry interaction including after-hours social opportunities, and discounts at the ADLS bookshop.
