The focus of my research is about social media properties and employee creativity in information systems development. My research involves two stages. The first one is the development of an instrument to measure the perceptions of visibility of knowledge related to social media use. Once this instrument has been validated, the second stage of the research will test the conceptual model and assess its fit to the collected data through structural equation modelling using AMOS Graphics.
