After completing a master’s thesis in how online reviews are read using eye-tracking, Maree has an interest in online consumer behaviour, especially in electronic word-of-mouth and social media, consumer information search and sensory research. Her PhD research has a focus on consumer trust in blogs and intends to use a combination of sensory and traditional research methods to investigate this topic. Maree is a Vice Chancellor’s Doctoral Scholarship awardee.
