Overview:

Dat Doan obtained his PhD at AUT and now works as a lecturer at the Built Environment Engineering Department. For his PhD, he developed a system dynamics modelling to enhance Green Star certification by improving BIM uptake. He has broad research interests but focuses mainly on sustainable areas. His research contribution resulted in prestigious journals, namely Journal of Environmental Management, Automation in Construction, Building and Environment, Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Engineering, Construction and Architectural, etc. He has been invited and awarded as an outstanding reviewer in high impact factor journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production and Sustainable Cities and Society.
