For international students currently offshore who are unable to study on-campus due to border restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some AUT programmes you can study online with us in 2021.
You can progress your qualification now without needing a student visa to study from your home country.

*Note the Bachelor of Business minor in Data Analytics for Business is not available online
* The programme is approved on a case-by-case basis
*You can start this programme online in Semester One 2021 (March) but you will need to take a leave of absence for two semesters and recommence in New Zealand in Semester Two 2022 (July) providing borders reopen at that time.
** You also start this programme in Semester One 2021 (March) and take a leave of absence for one semester and recommence study in Semester 1 2022 (March) in New Zealand providing borders reopen at that time.
*** You can also start this programme in Semester One 2021 (March) and continue your online study in Semester Two 2021 in approved papers available from a distance. You then continue your study from Semester One 2022 in New Zealand providing borders reopen at that time.

*You can start this programme online in Semester Two 2021 (July) and continue in New Zealand in Semester One 2022 (March) providing borders reopen at that time.

Only part-time study is available for the Bachelor of International Tourism Management. Bachelor of International Hospitality Management is available both part-time and full-time.
