This event will be a fascinating insight into food organisations with panellists from HIPGROUP Ltd, Farro Fresh Food Ltd and My Food Bag.

Food businesses are unique organisations – generally founded and operated by people with a genuine passion for food and/or hospitality, but often not with a business background. These businesses cope with perishable stock, fluctuating industry trends and real-time customer feedback on a daily basis so management are often having to make quick business decisions.
