About Kirsty Powell

Kirsty completed the Master of Creative Writing at AUT in 2015. Since then, she has had a short story published by Cloud Ink and a poem accepted for their upcoming collection. Her debut novel, The Strength of Eggshells, will be published in May this year. The genre is contemporary fiction with a part historical setting.

About Alana Bolton Cooke

An alumna of the Master of Creative Writing at AUT, Alana has published articles for a newspaper and magazine, and a short story for the Listener. For the past two years, she has been on the executive of Cloud Ink Press and participating in a critique group at AUT. Her debut novel, A Splendid Sin, is released on 6 April 2019.
