Engage in stimulating discussions on interdisciplinary perspectives in popular culture, including papers on film, television, food, Gothic horror, comics, and fashion.
Delegates will be attending from institutions across Australia and New Zealand, including La Trobe, Central Queensland, and Southern Cross Universities, the University of New England, the University of Auckland, and AUT.
A special themed issue of the Australasian Journal of Popular Culture (Intellect), edited by Lorna Piatti-Farnell and Donna Lee Brien, will be affiliated with the event, and published in March 2020.
