The accounting department is pleased to announce that guest lecturer Nigel De Frere of Staples Rodway will be visiting AUT on August 27th and 28th.
Nigel De Frere, Audit and Assurance Partner with Staples Rodway, will be presenting his lecture on the topic of “Revenue Recognition” on August 27th and again on August 28th. His seminar is based on NZ IFRS 15, covering the effects of this new standard, including the changes in recognising revenue and the disclosure considerations relating to transition from the old NZ IAS 18 and NZ IAS 11.
