AUT Graduate Programme

Bridge the gap between your studies and career with a job at AUT.

About the AUT Graduate Programme

The AUT Graduate Programme offers this year's AUT graduates their first experience in a ‘real-world’, industry relevant job which is related to their area of study. It’s the ideal springboard to help AUT students launch their career whilst AUT staff help to develop and nurture talent throughout the 12 month programme.

A unique opportunity to get on AUT’s payroll, this graduate programme isn’t just about academic achievements either – we're looking for AUT graduates with exceptional drive, passion to succeed and strong C skills. Your personal qualities, career aspirations, interests and team fit are all critical – as is a real willingness to learn and grow.

Four 12-month, fixed-term roles available

This year we have four amazing opportunities up for grabs including a new addition to the graduate programme working in the Sustainability team where the successful graduate will help ensure sustainability outcomes are provided on a range of existing and upcoming projects.

If you are one of the successful graduates, you will be offered a 12 month full-time, fixed-term role which will start in either November 2019 or January 2020. With roles offering the opportunity to “rotate” around the department, you will not only get an inside look into what each team does, you will also get to work with a dedicated mentor and receive a competitive salary.
