Research Summary:

My main interest has been the development of management and administration concepts and practises which satisfy both the practical needs of business and government, as well as the cultural imperatives of Te Ao Māori.  This has encompassed investigations of organisational behaviour and decision making/negotiation models as well as communication and management.
