This course is ideal for people in the exercise and sporting professions, or those eager to gain further knowledge in nutrition for optimal health and exercise performance. Explore the latest information concerning an athlete's diet from training to competition, through to recovery. Instructors, athletes, trainers and coaches from all sporting disciplines will find this both interesting and beneficial.
With your ever-increasing option of what, when, and where to eat, this course is designed to give you nutritional advice. This informative course also deals with the components of nutrition and what is meant by a 'good diet'.
