Prerequisite: Fitness Foundations or an acceptable equivalent qualification.
Within this paper you will learn how to prescribe safe, effective and up to date exercise programmes from our experienced lecturers. Prescription for Exercise focuses on gym based exercises to assist with practical application of learning to benefit your clients. Weight training programmes and techniques are emphasised.
