Fitness Foundations makes the learning and understanding achievable and interesting by being taught in a way that relates to exercise, sport and fitness. A comprehensive paper focusing on anatomy and physiology in relation to your body’s response to exercise, incorporating aspects of nutrition, training principles and lifestyle diseases and medical conditions.
Fitness Foundations is the prerequisite for your study pathways to becoming a Personal Trainer and/or a Fitness Instructor.
