Prerequisite:
Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor or an acceptable equivalent qualification

The female fitness market is unique, and an essential one for Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors to understand. This workshop enables you to learn about exercise, nutrition and health issues that relate directly to women and will provide you with practical, scientifically sound advice on how to get the best results from the exercise programmes you design.
