Certificate in Personal Training
AUT's Personal Training Certificate helps you qualify as a personal trainer or fitness instructor. The Personal Training Certificate will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to help individual clients reach their personal health, fitness and exercise goals.
When you have successfully completed fitness foundations, prescription for exercise and fitness assessment and counselling, you will be awarded the AUT University Certificate in Fitness Instruction.
When you have successfully completed all 4 of the above papers you will receive the AUT University Certificate in Personal Training.
