Want to get fit and strong while losing unwanted body-fat? Here at AUT Sport + Fitness we offer a range of group fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Enjoy the motivating atmosphere of our classes with inspiring instructors. Group fitness classes are free to members or a low casual or concession rate.

City Gym Group Fitness

Arena 360, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and more ..
$8 casual rate or $70 10 x Class Pass

North Shore Gym Group Fitness & Outdoor Circuits

Zumba, Box Fit, Yoga and more, $10 casual rate
Spin -  $3 for members $15 for non members.

Outdoor Circuits ... Sessions every Mon, Wed & Fri at 12.00pm and 4.30pm

Exclusive to the North Shore Gym is our Outdoor Circuit Class. A 30 min full body workout incorporating short cardio bouts performed between weight training exercise. Maximum numbers so bookings are essential (put your name down in the weights room). Sessions are also weather dependant. 

South Gym Group Fitness

Arena 360 classes every Tuesday 12.15pm - 12.45pm
Zumba classes every Wednesday from 7am
Free for members or casual $2


Try Group Fitness for FREE during Semester Break! 

If you’re a member bring a friend, if you’re not just come along anyway! All classes are included … yes that means Spin* as well! Do just one class or camp out and try them all as many times as you can! Check our Group Fitness timetable after April 7th 2014 for an updated timetable over the break. There are limited capacities for certain classes so ensure you sign up on arrival ... jazz hands!

* Spin only available at North Shore gym.
