Assessments

All never2old providers use standardised screening tools to gather important information about your health status, personal fitness goals and physical constitution. This data helps us to ensure that you train at a level according to your individual health and fitness level. At times we may require a Doctor’s certificate.

A comprehensive screening test to identify health status, previous physical activity history and personal fitness goals. To be completed prior to participation.

Fitness Assessment:
A simple, easily administered assessment of upper & lower body strength, shoulder and lower back flexibility, dynamic agility, stamina and a measurement of body mass (BMI). This is a great tool for benchmarking progress in your resistance training and for identifying important areas to focus on in your programme.

Balance Assessment:
Falls are the leading cause of hospital admission amongst the older adult population. Assessing balance can help to identify factors which may contribute to poor balance and increase the risk of falls.
