Barista Beginner

Course fee: $220.00

New Zealand’s growing passion for well-made and a consistently high standard of espresso based coffee warrants that current and potential future employees in the hospitality industry have, as part of their curriculum vitae, a sound understanding of how to produce espresso coffee on demand.

An AUT certificate, which becomes evidence of education for prospective or current employers, will be awarded to participants who achieve 100% attendance produce, with a high level of competency, the following coffees;
Espresso based - Flat white, Cappuccino, Latté, Short black, Macchiato, Ristretto, Mochaccino, Long black.

Max Students allowed: 12
