2013 FEE $755.26
This course combines basic and intermediate level teaching. It is an ideal course if you have electrical but no PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) background and you want to broaden your knowledge and/or gain the skills to use these devices for small industrial applications.
The course introduces and develops the principles of stored logic control and PLC programming. The hands-on approach allows self-paced learning. At least two types of PLC will be available, and a range of different programme input methods will be taught and practiced. Most of the exercises used have been developed from practical industrial applications. Hardware models of these processes are used to simulate realism.
