The applied microbiology major is a challenging one. An emphasis is put on the practical aspects of the work - it’s not all theory-based. The tutors are experienced in their field and helpful. Everything I learned came together once I was in the workforce and put it into practice. AUT's reputation carries a lot of weight in the industry.
