The Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in International Hospitality Management are designed for students who wish to pursue further study to broaden or deepen educational, professional or vocational knowledge and skills in a familiar subject, or to develop knowledge in a new area.
Students choose papers from the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management.
Graduate Diploma
Students choose papers in an area of interest to accumulate 120 points. At least 75 points must be at Level 7.
Graduate Certificate
Students choose papers in an area of interest to accumulate 60 points. At least 45 points must be at Level 7.
Graduates will be at the cutting edge of knowledge and the latest developments in their field of study. They will be prepared to advance professionally or pursue postgraduate study in their chosen field.
The Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in International Hospitality Management are offered online. Papers in strategic management, human resource management, financial management and professional wine studies are specially tailored to fit industry needs.
