Food and Beverage

If you are interested in working in the food and beverage sector of the industry, this major develops your knowledge of international food and beverage, gastronomy, service management, sales and marketing, and financial management.

This major involves working in a commercial kitchen environment and therefore requires students to demonstrate a level of awareness and skill that does not compromise any health and safety standards for themselves and others.
