New Zealand’s tourism reputation - the bestHer thesis was: The role of key stakeholders in sustainable tourism development: The case study of Nelson/ Marlborough/Golden Bay in New Zealand. Her thesis garnered external attention and she was invited to present it at a conference in Australia. With her thesis being part of a real life research project, Ulrike says she had many worthwhile experiences as well as adding to her theoretical knowledge base.

Today, Ulrike works as a Junior Consultant for an organisation of International Tourism Consultants in Barcelona, Spain.
