Biography:
Daphne has extensive experience in both teaching and management. Prior to joining AUT University she taught in TAFE, Queensland, Australia for a number of years. She has taught in areas of food hygiene, nutrition, and food science.
Daphne has also had experience in the hospitality and tourism industry as an owner of a tourism and hospitality business in Australia.
