Welcome to Four Seasons, AUT University’s premier fine dining restaurant offering classic New Zealand cuisine in the heart of the city. Staffed by students in training at AUT University and with indoor and covered outdoor seating options, Four Seasons is the perfect choice for a pre-theatre dinner or business lunch.

Monday is dinner only and Friday is lunch only.

- 45 seated for dinner
- 80-100 for presentations or drinks and hors d’oeuvres

Menu
Our menus are designed by leading chefs from New Zealand and the world, and are updated every semester to broaden student experience and reflect changing tastes in modern cuisine.
Entrees
- Pan fried prawns with green beans, hazelnuts and lemon mayonnaise
- Rare seared tuna with wasabi avocado, salmon roe and pickled daikon
- Deep fried stuffed pepper with tomato chilli relish
- Plantain remoulade with soft egg and watercress
Mains
- Slow cooked pork belly with steamed buns and hoisin sauce
- Grilled cajun spiced chicken with mashed potato and salsa cruda
- Pan roasted market fish with creamy crab croquette and tomato sauce
- Roasted beef sirloin with mushroom and spinach pie and red wine butter
Desserts
- Frozen yoghurt with roasted stone fruits and cornflakes
- Dark chocolate mousse with avocado puree and praline
- Cinnamon bavarois with apple strudel and crème anglaise
- Banana and toffee gelée with biscuit crumbs and cream
