Food, glorious food!
Final-year Bachelor of Arts (Culinary Arts) students hosted 'Food for Thought', a culinary event celebrating food in all its glory.
The dinner, a 5-course degustation, took diners on a culinary adventure while making a thought provoking statement with each dish served.
The event was also a celebration of how the students have grown from novice foodies to career-ready chefs.
Education facilities at the School of Hospitality and Tourism are among the best in Australasia and many of our students are now building careers in the events, hospitality and tourism industries.
As a student, you will be learning from the best and developing top level skills that open employment doors worldwide.
