First ever New Zealand team enters international culinary competitionBocuse d'Or, the world's largest culinary contest, will feature a New Zealand time for the first time since it began in 1987.
The Kiwi team, led by AUT lecturer John Kelleher (pictured: right) will prepare and present an elaborate meat platter to serve eight, along with three original garnishes, and plate-up ten portions of a fish dish. Find out more.
