Viscoelasticity, Osteoarthritis, Soft tissue knee injuries, tendon injuries, cervical spine treatment and management, musculoskeletal injury guidelines

Research Summary:

Duncan completed his Master thesis investigating the influence of hamstring extensibility on the lumbar and pelvic angles in rowers. He has also been involved in the development of clinical practice guidelines for knee, shoulder and forearm injuries. He completed his Doctor of Health Science investigating stretching interventions in people with OA of the knee. He has over 30 peer review journal and book publications and is on the Editorial panel of Manual Therapy, Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy and the New Zealand Journal of Sports Medicine.
