Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) Clinics

ARDS Clinic The Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) provides free care for pre-school children who have been enrolled with the service at ARDS clinics throughout greater Auckland. The service also operates from mobile clinics around the region.

The free dental care that ARDS provides carries on when your child begins school (Years 1-8). If your child starts school and is not already enrolled with ARDS, you will receive an enrolment form as part of the school registration process.

ARDS Dental clinics in Auckland

Northcote Intermediate
Northcote Intermediate is the only ARDS dental clinic on the North shore. It has 3-5 dental chairs available for student use. It is in very close proximity to the Akoranga Campus at AUT.
This clinic treats a varied age range of children from the ages of 1-13 years.

Royal Oak Intermediate
Located close to the main Royal Oak mall and roundabout.
This clinic has 3 chairs for students use.
The clinic treats some preschool children but mostly year 7 and 8 children.

ARDS Clinic Royal OakSouthern Cross School,Mangere
One of 2 South Auckland Dental clinics, this clinic has 4 chairs currently in use by Oral Health students.
Very varied age range of children and ethnic groups are treated at this clinic. Ages ranging from 1-18 years.Busy clinic with high oral health needs.

Finlayson School, Manurewa
Other South Auckland dental clinic, located close to Clendon shopping centre.
High oral health needs also and again treats a varied age range of patients with mostly Maori and Pacific Island ethnic backgrounds.
4 Dental chairs on site.
