IT millionaire Seeby Woodhouse founded internet service provider Orcon in 1995 and was voted Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. In 2007 he sold Orcon to government-owned Kordia for $25 million. He could’ve rested on his laurels but with an eye to the future he founded carbon trading business Green Carbon. Seeby, who went to Glenfield College, has also founded a radio station, a bar and a property investment company with a portfolio of $17 million worth of property. At one stage he had six companies and 150 staff – all before the age of 30! In 1992 Craig Meek co-founded Terabyte Interactive, now recognised as one of the oldest multimedia companies in the world. It was bought by Rupert Murdoch’s Newscorp in 1995 as a new media incubator. In 2000 Craig followed up by co-founding broadcast media company Virtual Spectator, a business which was instrumental in the development of real-time 3D graphics for internet coverage of the America's Cup. Using its innovative 3D visual analyst tools, Virtual Spectator revolutionised the way people watch sport and was eventually sold to a venture capital firm. Craig’s current business is Futuretech which has developed software that supports decision making by accessing complex data and delivering it graphically, in real time to multiple users.

Founder - nzgirl / CEO - Flossie Media
Jenene’s career in digital took a sharp turn when at aged 21 she launched online magazine nzgirl into the NZ market. nzgirl established itself as the leading online women’s lifestyle destination with a string of international awards in its wake - including a Gold Lion from the famous Cannes Advertising Show. In 2007 Jenene launched Flossie Media Group into NZ & Australia. Flossie.com was a female centric ad network representing over 50 websites.

After studying IT at University, he began his career working for a small Auckland company. Over the next few years he networked to gain more IT knowledge and spent time overseas meeting clients and working on large systems individually. He began his own business by writing software in his bedroom at home, went out on his own and gained many contracts, working from anywhere he could get a connection – from wildlife parks to hospitals. His career has been a blend of hard work and adventure.
