Concordia University, Canada, 2010"Montreal was the most amazing city to live in! I endured 39 degrees with 98% humidity and -20 degrees and windchill. I met incredible people both through Concordia University and elsewhere. During my time in Canada I was able to travel with some of them to New York, Boston, Quebec City, Trois Riviere, Ottawa, Vancouver and Whistler. I received plenty of support from Concordia in terms of finding housing and having a local buddy to show me around town. The biggest hurdle was the initial fear of the unknown and the biggest reward was definitely the worldwide, lifelong friends I made. I would recommend an exchange to anyone, it's a huge adventure, you gain a different learning perspective and call me biased but I don't believe it gets much better than Montreal."
