Biography:

Dr. Angsana A. Techatassanasoontorn is a Senior Lecturer of Business Information Systems at Auckland University of Technology. Angsana’s research interests include IT-enabled social innovations, IT use and quality of life, digital infrastructure,  adoption and diffusion of technology, safe computing, and technology policy. She has published in AIS Transactions on HCI, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, IEEE Security & Privacy, Information Technology and Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Management, and Telecommunications Policy. Her research has been supported by grants from the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Commonwealth Fund Foundation, Microsoft, the National Science Foundation, and Qualcomm.
