Biography:
Ammar received his Master of Science in Information Systems from Grand Valley State University and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hamdard University. Prior to entering the PhD program at Auckland University of Technology, he worked six years in North America in the area of IT systems administration, software design and development. During these years, he gained unique knowledge and experience of for-profit and not-for profit sector by providing Information Systems development services. Ammar's current research interest lies in the IS post adoption issues (i.e. Information Systems Maintenance and Support) and its relationship with Business Innovation. In 2011, Ammar is teaching Business Process Management & Business Information Systems course.
