  • Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Kingston University, London
  • BA (Hons) Leisure and Recreation Studies, West Midland College of Higher Education, England

Biography:

Simon has over 15 years lecturing experience on business and sports orientated courses in New Zealand and England. He also has more than 10 years work experience of marketing and public relations in the leisure and public health sector business areas, as well as coaching in a number of sports in both countries.

Research Summary:

Simon is especially interested in studying networks from a marketing and management perspective in the sport industry. In particular, his research focus is on how organizations in New Zealand network in order to provide the services necessary for New Zealand athletes to win Olympic medals
