Research Summary:

Peter McGhee is a senior lecturer in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies at AUT where he has taught for 10 years. His main disciplinary and research interests are in the areas of philosophy and business (specifically ethics) and organizational behaviour.
He is currently enrolled in a PhD at the University of Auckland in the Department of Management and Employment Relations, Faculty of Commerce exploring the relationship between individual spirituality and ethical behaviour in work-related contexts.
