Biography:
Born in England, Martin migrated to New Zealand in 1975 after falling in love with the country during the course of his OE. Married a Kiwi and became the proud father of his four children.
His career has centred primarily on the advertising industry, having worked at a senior level for local and multi-national ad. agencies in the UK and New Zealand. He “tinkered” with an alternative career in farming but his main passion for over 20 years in ad. agencies has been the critical role of media planning and buying in the marketing mix. He brings that experience to teaching the Media papers at AUT University.
