Research Summary:
Masters completed in law with a focus on environment and resource management law. General research also included links between environment law, employment relations and corporate governance.
Current Research Projects:
Currently researching in water resource management.
I am investigating the development and content of environmental rules and regulations and how these relate to the political economy of particular nations.
In addition, I am researching how conceptions of law and economic development affected the development of the law in 19th century NZ , North America and Africa.
Teaching law to non-legal and business students.
