The AUT Business School hosts regular seminars, conferences and events as well as sponsoring international conferences with partner universities.

May 2013- Associate Professor Hai Lin, Victoria University of Wellington on the topic 'Spillover, Contagion and the Predictability of New Zealand Stock market Returns'.

- Tony Cambrensis who will be sharing with us the results of a European Leadership Study that he conducted whilst responsible for Human Resource Development for Ford Motor Company's European Automotive Operations. Held on Thursday 14th March from 2:15pm – 3:45pm in WF710.

- Dr Michael Parent, Professor of Marketing and Management Information Systems, and Director of the CIBC Centre for Corporate Governance and Risk Management at the Segal Graduate School, Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada on the topic ‘IT Governance and CIO Compensation’.
Professor Parent’s presentation will cover his past, current, and future work in the area of IT Governance. Held on Tuesday 12th March
