A qualification that helps with long term career prospects
“The Graduate Diploma in Business at AUT was the perfect qualification for my situation - I had been working for Air New Zealand for 3 years when I felt that a business related qualification would help my long term career prospects. As well as being a respected qualification, the flexible class times and course selection were big factors in my decision to enrol as I was able to complete the qualification in the evenings part time while still working. I really enjoyed my time studying at AUT; there is a very social atmosphere that allows you to develop networks and friendships with both students and academic staff. It is really helpful to have these contacts when you are completing assignments or preparing for exams. Since graduating I have continued my career with one of NZ’s top companies at Air New Zealand and applied the learnings from AUT directly to my role at the airline.”
