

Business Information Systems at AUT’s Business School is focused on understanding the central role that various information and communication technologies play in integrating contemporary organisations and adding value through electronic business. Papers cover topics in information systems strategy and governance; managing information in the digital enterprise; electronic commerce strategies and applications; and ICT in a changing world.
RESEARCH
Academic staff working in the area of Business Information Systems conduct research in a number of areas, including electronic collaboration, virtual communities, e-government, information technology adoption, e-business strategies, information systems implementation, information systems strategy/governance and online work systems.
