Our programmes can incorporate a wide variety of learning strategies - classroom programmes, diagnostics, case studies, role plays, action learning projects, web-based interactive sessions, executive coaching, guest speakers, consulting, business forums and site visits to local public and private organisations.
Individual and team coaching is available during and/or after the learning programme to ensure the outcomes are effectively transferred into the workplace.
We select our facilitators for their academic experience and professional business expertise in delivering dynamic interactive learning programmes. We ensure the facilitators chosen for your programme have the appropriate experience to fit your learning outcomes.
Pre and post programme activities support the transfer of the new skills, knowledge and behaviours back into the participant's real work situation.
If you need us to work around peak periods and busy schedules, we can deliver programmes out of business hours, in condensed block formats, over successive weeks, or by an online learning method.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process through which a learner may obtain AUT academic credit for relevant learning gained some other way. RPL can be formal or non-formal. It is measured against the learning outcomes of the paper for which credit is sought. An academic transcript and course descriptions for any courses done with another tertiary provider are required for formal RPL. For Non-Formal RPL, a portfolio containing evidence of non-formal learning is required.
