Proposal Process

The Director of St Paul St Gallery welcomes individual and collaborative group proposals for consideration and inclusion in the full schedule of exhibitions and events.

The core programme of exhibitions and events for Galleries One and Two are under the curatorial charge of the Director whose responsibility it is to curate a vibrant and significant programme of contemporary art and design work. This programme schedule is confirmed well in advance, including a season of graduating exhibitions every year.

Proposals to Galleries One and Two are considered by a selection panel made up of the gallery Director and selected external referees. Decisions are made both on the basis of the quality of the submission and on the appropriateness for inclusion in the overall balance of the curated programme.

Gallery Three’s annual programme consists of curated and proposal driven exhibitions as well as exhibitions and events by the School of Art and Design students. Gallery Three welcomes proposals from the broader arts, design and performance fields and is interested encouraging collaboration between disciplines. Proposals for Gallery Three are considered by the St Paul St Gallery director and staff.

Individuals wishing to submit a proposal for consideration should follow the submission guidelines available here. Individuals wishing to submit a proposal for consideration should follow the submission guidelines available below. There is no deadline for proposals.
