This pathway engages students in combining creativity with strategic design thinking to create significant competitive advantage that are desirable, feasible, and sustainable in a business context. Focused on delivering viable design outcomes through alignment of analytical (empirical) and intuitive (heuristic) approaches to critically exploit new ideas, new technologies and changing human needs to improve, disrupt and transform traditional business and organisational models into preferred ones. The pathway aims to develop, bridge and enhance students’ creative potentials by instilling potent theoretical, tactical and design comprehensions to undertake leadership roles in strategic design in the creative industries, government sectors, and institutions.
